Spinach Taco Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    tortilla chips
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese (light)
    1 (10 oz.) spinach (frozen, then thawed)
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    4 tsp. chili powder
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion.
    Drain.
    Season with garlic, vinegar, chili powder and tomato sauce.
    Add spinach.
