Louise'S Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large green peppers
    1 Tbsp. corn oil
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    3/4 lb. ground beef
    1 c. fresh corn (off the cob)
    1/3 c. yellow corn meal
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    3/4 ??? chili powder
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    1/2 c. fresh chopped tomato
    1 tsp. chopped parsley
    1/4 c. sweet red pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Cut peppers in half lengthwise.
    Remove seeds and partially boil the peppers for 3 minutes.
    Set aside to cool.
