Fluffy Butter Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

5 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 c. butter
1 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Cook flour and milk until very thick.
Have cold, then add the butter (which is room temperature).
Add sugar and vanilla.
Beat until fluffy and smooth.
Put on cake.
