"Wacky Cake"(Cholesterol-Free, No Eggs Cake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. pure cocoa
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/3 c. canola oil
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. very cold water
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Generously grease and dust with flour an 8-inch square cake pan.
    Measure flour into sifter, add sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt.
    Sift into a heap into the center of the pan.
    With a spoon, make 3 wells in the mound.
    Into one, pour the oil; into the second, pour the vinegar, into the third, pour the vanilla.
    Then pour cold water over it all.
    Blend well with a fork.
    Bake for about 30 minutes.
    Cool on rack for 15 minutes. Remove, finish cooling and frost if desired.
