Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1 1/2 lb. ground round beef
    2 cans tomato soup
    2 (16 oz.) cans dark kidney beans
    chili powder
    celery salt
    Worcestershire sauce
    garlic powder
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    In a large skillet, brown onion and green pepper in olive oil. Add ground round and brown.
    Add soup and stir.
    Season to taste with garlic powder, chili powder, celery salt and Worcestershire sauce.
    Simmer for 1 1/2 hours, covered.
