Texas Party Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. extra lean ground beef
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Saute ground beef until brown; drain well.
    Add onion and cook until tender.
    Add remaining ingredients and stir over low heat until cheese melts.
    Serve in fondue dish or slow cooker to keep hot.
    Stir often to keep from sticking.
    Keep on low heat.
