Veal Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. veal, cut in small cubes
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 c. chopped celery
    1 can mushrooms
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. raw rice
    1 can chicken rice soup
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 can water
Preparation
    Simmer veal, onion, celery and mushrooms until tender.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Add rice, soups, soy sauce and water.
    Put in uncovered casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Add more water, if necessary.
