Freezer Sweet Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 qt. fresh sweet corn
1 qt. hot water
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Combine all ingredients in a large kettle.
Simmer for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pour into large shallow container to cool.
Stir occasionally.
Spoon into freezer bags.
Freeze.
