Potato Onion Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 medium potatoes, scrubbed and sliced thick
1 stick butter
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1/2 c. water

Preparation

Melt butter with onion soup mix.
Put 1/2 cup water in casserole.
Layer potatoes, alternately with onion soup and butter mixture.
End with mix on top.
Bake, covered, in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
