Corn Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 (8 oz.) creamed corn
    1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. butter
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except Swiss cheese and mix well until smooth.
    Spread into a 1 1/2-inch deep 11 x 7-inch glass casserole baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Sprinkle Swiss cheese on top, put back into oven and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes.
