Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. crabmeat
1/3 c. plain bread crumbs
2 tsp. minced parsley
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
1 Tbsp. paprika
1/4 c. milk or half and half
1 egg
2 Tbsp. melted butter

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Form into patties and fry in oil or bake on a Pam-sprayed cookie sheet until browned.
