Cheddar Cheese Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups self-rising flour (Red Band)
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp sugar
    1/3 cup Crisco shortening
    1 cup grated cheddar cheese
    1 cup buttermilk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
    Mix flour, baking powder, and sugar together.
    Using a fork, cut in the crisco, add cheese and stir in buttermilk all at one time until blended.
    Roll out biscuits (or drop by tablespoonsful) on a well-greased baking pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
