Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large chicken breasts (6 halves)
2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream or 2 small cartons
1 pkg. Ritz crackers
1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted
2 Tbsp. almonds
Preparation

Cook chicken in salted water.
Cut into bite size and arrange in buttered casserole dish.
Mix soup and sour cream and pour over chicken.
Crush crackers and mix with almonds.
Sprinkle over chicken; pour melted margarine evenly over crackers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Good served over rice or noodles.
