Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 German cake mix
    2 sticks butter
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    bag of caramels
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. nuts
    1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Mix the cake mix, butter and evaporated milk until stiff.
    Pat half of the mixture into a well-greased and floured pan (9 x 13-inch).
    Bake 5 minutes at 350\u00b0.
