Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 round steak
    1 onion, chopped
    1 small can tomatoes
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1 small can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Cut steak into pieces.
    Salt and pepper; roll in flour.
    Brown in small amount of shortening.
    When brown, add other ingredients. Simmer on low until tender.
    Great with baked potato.
