Eggplant Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium size eggplants
5 to 6 c. tomato sauce (Italian style)
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
1 Tbsp. oregano
Italian style bread crumbs
3 eggs, beaten
olive oil
Preparation
-
Peel and slice eggplants.
Dip eggplants in egg mixture; then coat with bread crumbs.
Saute in olive oil.
