Baked Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburg
    1/2 diced onion
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 tsp. dried sweet basil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 to 2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 cans stewed or diced tomatoes
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 (12 oz.) cottage cheese or Ricotta cheese
    1 (2 1/2 oz.) Parmesan cheese
    1 (12 oz.) Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Brown hamburg, onion and garlic.
    Add parsley, basil, salt, pepper, tomatoes and paste.
    Stir; cover and simmer for 1 hour. Meanwhile, cook noodles in salt water and vegetable oil for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Rinse and cool; separate.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Repeat layers in this order:
    noodles, cottage or Ricotta cheese, Mozzarella cheese, meat sauce and Parmesan cheese, ending with meat sauce.
    Repeat 2 or 3 times.
    Bake for 40 minutes.
