Texas Pecan Candy Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. candied red cherries, cut in quarters
1/2 lb. candied pineapple, coarsely chopped
1/2 lb. pitted dates
1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
4 1/3 c. chopped pecans
4 oz. flaked coconut
1 (14 oz.) can condensed milk
Preparation

Preheat oven to 250\u00b0.
Grease and flour tube pan.
Combine cherries and pineapple in large bowl.
Sprinkle with flour, toss to coat well.
Add coconut and pecans, toss and mix.
Add sweetened cream, mix well.
Spoon into tube pan.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Cool in pan and wrap in foil and refrigerate approximately 2 weeks.
