Manicotti With Cheese Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Gioia manicotti
    1 egg, beaten
    1 (15 oz.) container Ricotta cheese
    6 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese (1 1/2 c.)
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 qt. Gioia spaghetti sauce
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. spinach, thawed and drained (optional)
Preparation
    Cook the manicotti according to directions for parboiling. Mix together remaining 5 ingredients.
    Stuff tubes with cheese mixture.
