Carrot Or Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs
    3 c. grated carrots or zucchini
    1 c. chopped nuts or 1 c. raisins or both
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Beat eggs; add oil and beat together. Add sifted dry ingredients and mix well, then add grated carrots or zucchini.
    Lastly, add the nuts and/or raisins.
    Bake in a greased and floured 9 x 13 x 2-inch cake pan for 40 minutes or until done.
    Top with a Cream Cheese Frosting.
    It's delicious!
