Gallon Vanilla Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    pinch of salt
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    2 qt. sweet milk
    1 carton whipping cream
    6 rennet tablets, dissolved in cold water
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add pinch of salt, sugar, vanilla and carton of cream.
    Put dasher in the ice cream can.
    Pour ingredients into can.
    Fill the container 2 inches from the top.
    Put container in hot water in a deep well to get warm.
    When the mixture is warm, add rennet tablets. Turn dashers 1 time.
    Let set in warm water 10 minutes, then pour in your ice cream tub. Put ice and ice cream salt in the tub.
    Turn until frozen.
    Delicious!
