Salsa Fresca - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium tomatoes
1 medium onion
5 to 7 Serrano peppers
juice of 2 limes
3 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro (pick leaves off stems)
Preparation

Chop up tomatoes, onion, peppers and cilantro.
Add lime juice.
Add 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon sugar.
Refrigerate before serving.
