Potato Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. diced potatoes
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. diced carrots
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Combine vegetables, parsley flakes, salt, pepper, water and bouillon cube.
    Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes until tender.
    Mix milk and flour; add to hot vegetables.
    Heat and stir until boiling and thickened.
    Cube cheese; add to soup.
    Stir until melted.
