Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 can creamed corn
1 can whole corn
1 stick oleo
8 oz. sour cream
1 egg
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
pepper
salt
jalapeno pepper, chopped

Preparation

Mix and pour into greased glass dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and top with grated cheese (about 2 cups).
Bake 15 minutes more.
