Minced Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 beaten eggs
    1/3 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1 small can deviled ham
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (22 oz.) can mince pie filling
    1/3 c. apple juice or cider
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Combine eggs, bread crumbs, deviled ham, salt and pepper. Add beef and mix well. Shape into bite size meatballs. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 to 14 minutes. Cool and remove from pan. (Can be frozen at this point.) When ready to serve, combine pie filling, apple juice and vinegar. Heat through. Add meatballs and simmer. Keep warm. Add more juice if mixture becomes too thick.
