Egg Foo Yong - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 well beaten eggs
    1 small can bean sprouts, drained
    1 c. meat, cooked and diced (beef, pork and chicken)
    1 small onion or green onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Melt teaspoon butter in 6-inch skillet.
    Pour 1/2 cup mixture in skillet.
    Cook until set. Brown on edges.
    Turn and brown on other side.
    Serve with cooked rice.
