Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can mushroom soup (not golden)
1 c. milk
1 stick oleo
1/2 c. Minute rice
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing mix
Preparation

Boil chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
When done, pull off bone and chop.
Spread rice over bottom of dish.
Moisten with broth from chicken.
Spread chopped chicken over rice.
Mix soup and milk.
Pour over chicken.
Toss dressing with melted butter in 1 cup broth.
Spread over top of soup mixture.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
