Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 qt. popped corn
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. butter
    1/2 c. syrup
    1/2 tsp. soda
    pinch of cream of tartar
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Melt butter in large pan.
    Add rest of ingredients; bring to boil on low heat.
    Boil soft ball.
    Pour over corn and thoroughly mix.
    Put in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 200\u00b0 for about 20 minutes, stirring 2 or 3 times while baking.
