King Randi Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, boiled (save broth)
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 lb. cheese, grated
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can El Paso tomatoes and green chilies
12 soft tortillas
Preparation

Grease a deep 3-quart casserole dish.
Dip uncooked tortillas in chicken broth and alternate layers of tortillas, boned chicken pieces, onion, green pepper, cheese and chili powder.
Top with mushroom and chicken soups mixed with tomatoes and green chilies. Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serves 8 to 10.
