Ricotta Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 c. flour
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. Ricotta
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. raisins
1 Tbsp. ground lemon rind
1 1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

In a large bowl add to the flour the egg yolks, Ricotta, lemon rind, lemon juice and raisins.
Mix delicately.
Then add the baking powder and the whipped egg whites.
Stir the ingredients together and pour on a nonstick oven pan.
Cook on medium heat for about 1 hour.
