Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 small onion, diced
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 chopped stalk of celery
    salt to taste
    1/2 lb. Macaroni, cooked and drained
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 can red kidney beans
    1-46 oz. can tomato juice
Preparation
    Brown meat with onion, pepper, and celery.
    Add beans and tomato juice and macaroni.
    Simmer 15 minutes.
