Texas Caviar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    1 green bell pepper, chopped
    6 jalapenos, chopped
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    1 Tbsp. minced garlic
    2 tomatoes, chopped
    1/2 c. cilantro, chopped
    1 can hominy, drained
    2 cans black-eyed peas
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Zesty Italian dressing
Preparation
    Mix all of the ingredients together and let sit in refrigerator at least 2 hours.
    Serve with chips.
