Aloha Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 bananas
    1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
    1 c. Angel Flake coconut
    1/2 c. nuts
    1 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 pt. Cool Whip
    2 (9-inch) baked pie shells
Preparation
    Line pie shells with thin sliced bananas; sprinkle with nuts. Cook pineapple, sugar and flour in double boiler until thickened. Cool.
    Pour over bananas and nuts; sprinkle with coconut and top with Cool Whip.
