Stuffed Bell Peppers(For Two) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cleaned peppers
    1/4 lb. low-fat ground beef
    1 medium chopped onion
    3/4 to 1 c. cooked rice
    ketchup
    few drops Tabasco
Preparation
    Parboil peppers until color changes.
    While pepper cooks, brown ground beef with onion until done.
    Add rice to meat and add ketchup plus a few drops of Tabasco and mix well.
    Drain and stuff pepper.
    Add dollop of ketchup to top of each.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
