Ingredients

1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. whipping cream or rich whip
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Spread 3/4 of the crumbs on the bottom of an 8 or 9-inch square pan.
Have cream cheese at room temperature; mix together with egg yolks, sugar and vanilla.
Beat egg whites until stiff. Also whip cream.
Add both to first mixture.
Spread remaining crumbs on top of mixture and freeze 24 hours or more before serving.
I prefer using a glass pan.
