Southwest Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    2 c. chicken stock
    1 c. cooked chicken, cut into strips
    1 medium onion, chopped
    10 oz. can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    16 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook rice in chicken broth. Pour into 13 x 9-inch casserole dish. Mix all other ingredients, except Ro-Tel tomatoes. Pour this mixture over the rice. Top with Ro-Tel tomatoes. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Serves 6.
