Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 medium size onion, chopped
1 lb. ground beef (lean)
1 tsp. basil, dried
1/2 lb. fresh green beans, steamed until tender
1 c. canned tomatoes, chopped
2 medium size potatoes, cooked until tender
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Heat oil in a large skillet and saute onions until golden.
Add beef and basil; cook until browned.
Stir in green beans and tomatoes; then turn mixture into a 1 1/2-quart ovenproof casserole. Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
