Crisp Sweet Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. shredded cabbage
1 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. grated carrot
1/4 c. cider vinegar
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
8 pkg. Equal
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Combine all vegetables.
Whisk the vinegar, vegetable oil, Equal, salt, celery seed, mustard seed and pepper.
Pour over vegetables; toss to blend.
Refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 8 servings.
