Pecan Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
2 egg whites
1 Tbsp. vanilla
3 to 4 c. pecan halves

Preparation

Beat egg whites until stiff.
Add brown sugar and vanilla. Stir in pecan halves with a spoon.
Drop one by one on a greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
