Herbed Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 chicken or beef bouillon cube
    3/4 c. long grain rice
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1 bay leaf
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 tsp. margarine
Preparation
    Heat water and bouillon cube.
    Add remaining ingredients and cover.
    Cook until water is absorbed and rice is tender, about 14 to 15 minutes.
    Makes about 6 1/2 cups.
