"Tater" Candy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium potato
1 1/2 to 1 3/4 boxes powdered sugar
1 jar peanut butter
Preparation

Boil potato until well done.
Mash small portion of potato with fork.
Add small amount of sugar.
Alternate potato and sugar until all has been mixed well.
Potato and sugar should have the look of bread dough when finished.
Sprinkle sugar on cookie sheet or wax paper.
Roll out thin, spread on layer of peanut butter. Roll into a log and cut into bite sized pieces.
Refrigerate awhile before serving.
