Chili Con Carne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 Tbsp. butter
1 onion, chopped
1 (1 lb.) can kidney beans
1 small can tomato soup
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. chili powder
Preparation

Brown beef in skillet with butter and chopped onions.
Add beans and stir several minutes.
Pour soup over this.
Add salt and chili powder and simmer 15 to 25 minutes.
Serve with boiled or baked potatoes or with rice.
