Impossible Chocolate Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. 2% milk
    1/4 c. margarine or butter, softened
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 c. Bisquick
    sweetened whipped cream for garnish
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease a 9-inch pie plate. Place eggs, milk, margarine, vanilla, melted chocolate, sugar and baking mix in blender and blend on high 1 minute.
    Pour into plate and bake about 30 minutes or until custard leaves no indentation when pressed lightly in center.
    Cool before serving with whipped cream. Store in the refrigerator.
    Makes 8 servings.
