Baked Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 to 6 boneless/skinless chicken breasts
1 c. long grain rice (not instant)
3/4 c. water
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 envelope dried onion soup mix
Preparation

Remove any fat from chicken breasts.
Spray a glass 13 x 9-inch baking dish with Pam.
Stir together rice, water and soups in baking dish.
Top rice mixture with chicken breasts and sprinkle dry soup mix over all.
Cover dish with foil and place in preheated 400\u00b0 oven and bake for 1 hour.
Serve with green and/or mixed vegetables.
