Tammy'S Stir-Fry Veggies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/3 c. water
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2/3 c. sliced carrots
    2/3 c. celery
    2 c. broccoli
    1/3 c. chopped onions
    1 c. bean sprouts or green beans
Preparation
    You may also add mushrooms, corn and cauliflower.
