Pound Cake(1958 Recipe) - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 c. butter (1/2 lb.)
 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
5 eggs
2 c. flour
Preparation
- 
                            Whip butter until creamy.
 
Beat in eggs and sugar alternately. Fold in flour and add vanilla.
Bake in preheated oven at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Makes 1 nice loaf.
