Butternut Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked, mashed butternut or acorn squash
    3 beaten eggs
    1/3 c. melted margarine
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/2 tsp. coconut flavoring or 2 Tbsp. coconut
Preparation
    Mix together. Put in an uncovered casserole dish at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
