Brown Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 can chopped mushrooms
    1 c. rice
    2 cans beef bouillon broth or consomme
Preparation
    Brown onion, mushrooms and rice in margarine until golden. Add beef bouillon broth or consomme.
    Pour in greased casserole. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0, covered.
