Herb-Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. dried whole rosemary, crushed
    1 1/2 tsp. black pepper, freshly ground
    1 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1 whole chicken, cut up and skinned (can be left whole)
    1 tsp. Chinese red pepper (Cajun)
    1/2 c. pineapple juice
    5 shallots, minced
    paprika
Preparation
    Combine all spices and pineapple juice; brush or pour over all of the chicken.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Uncover and cook 25 minutes longer or until done.
