Chili Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    8 oz. sharp processed American cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 dash red pepper or Tabasco
    1/4 c. finely chopped nuts
    chili powder to taste
    paprika to taste
Preparation
    Let cheese stand at room temperature to soften.
    Combine cheese, juice, garlic powder and pepper.
    Beat with mixer until light and fluffy.
    Stir in nuts.
    Shape in a roll 1 to 1 1/2-inches thick.
    Use wax paper.
    Sprinkle with chili
    powder and paprika.
    Chill.
    Before serving, let stand to soften.
